[191] A bhikkhu commands a bhikkhu: "Deprive the person of such-and-such a name of life" — an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). Having gone, he comes back again, saying: "I am not able to deprive him of life." The former commands again: "When you are able, then deprive him of life" — an offense of wrong-doing. He deprives that person of life — an offense of defeat (pārājika) for both.
