[305] "In an internal form" (ajjhattarūpe): in a clung-to (upādinna) form internally. "In an external form" (bahiddhārūpe): in what is clung-to or not clung-to externally. "In a form both internal and external" (ajjhattabahiddhārūpe): in both of those.
"Shaking the hips in the air" (ākāse kaṭiṃ kampento): for one exerting himself in the air, the sexual organ (aṅgajāta) becomes serviceable.
"When aroused by lust" (rāgūpatthambhe): for one oppressed by lust, the sexual organ becomes serviceable. "When pressed by feces" (vaccūpatthambhe): for one oppressed by [the need to pass] feces, the sexual organ becomes serviceable. "When pressed by urine" (passāvūpatthambhe): for one oppressed by [the need to pass] urine, the sexual organ becomes serviceable. "When pressed by wind" (vātūpatthambhe): for one oppressed by wind, the sexual organ becomes serviceable. "For the sake of health" (ārogyatthāya): [thinking,] "I shall be free from disease." "For the sake of pleasure" (sukhatthāya): [thinking,] "I shall produce a pleasant feeling."
