[376] Now at that time semen was released for a certain bhikkhu who, intending release, was rubbing his genital member with his thumb. He was remorseful, thinking: "Could it be that I have committed an offence of saṅghādisesa?" He informed the Blessed One of this matter. "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offence — a saṅghādisesa." Now at that time semen was not released for a certain bhikkhu who, intending release, was rubbing his genital member with his thumb. He was remorseful, thinking: "Could it be that I have committed an offence of saṅghādisesa?" He informed the Blessed One of this matter. "Bhikkhu, there is no offence of saṅghādisesa; there is an offence of thullaccaya." The First Saṅghādisesa is concluded. _______________________ The Second Saṅghādisesa
