[38] Three kinds of women: a human woman, a non-human woman, a female animal. Three kinds of hermaphrodites (ubhatobyañjanaka): a human hermaphrodite, a non-human hermaphrodite, an animal hermaphrodite. Three kinds of paṇḍakas: a human paṇḍaka, a non-human paṇḍaka, an animal paṇḍaka. Three kinds of males: a human male, a non-human male, an animal male. For one engaging in sexual intercourse (methunadhamma) in the three passages of a human woman, there is an offense (āpatti) of pārājika: in the anal passage (vaccamagga), in the urinary passage (passāvamagga), in the mouth. Of a non-human woman … of a female animal, for one engaging in sexual intercourse in the three passages, there is an offense of pārājika: in the anal passage, in the urinary passage, in the mouth. Of a human hermaphrodite … of a non-human hermaphrodite … of an animal hermaphrodite, for one engaging in sexual intercourse in the three passages, there is an offense of pārājika: in the anal passage, in the urinary passage, in the mouth.
