[387] Intending to indulge (sevanādhippāyo), he makes an effort with the body and perceives the contact (phassa): an offense entailing saṅghādisesa. Intending to indulge, he makes an effort with the body but does not perceive the contact: an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). Intending to indulge, he does not make an effort with the body but perceives the contact: no offense. Intending to indulge, he neither makes an effort with the body nor perceives the contact: no offense. Intending to get free (mokkhādhippāyo), he makes an effort with the body and perceives the contact: no offense. Intending to get free, he makes an effort with the body but does not perceive the contact: no offense. Intending to get free, he does not make an effort with the body but perceives the contact: no offense. Intending to get free, he neither makes an effort with the body nor perceives the contact: no offense.
