[40] Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human woman into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit her down upon his member with her anus. If he consents (sādiyati) to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of pārājika. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human woman into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit her down upon his member with her anus. If he does not consent to the entry, but consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of pārājika. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human woman into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit her down upon his member with her anus. If he does not consent to the entry, does not consent to its being inside, but consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of pārājika. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human woman into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit her down upon his member with her anus. If he does not consent to the entry, does not consent to its being inside, does not consent to its remaining, but consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of pārājika. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human woman into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit her down upon his member with her anus. If he does not consent to the entry, does not consent to its being inside, does not consent to its remaining, does not consent to the withdrawal, there is no offence. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human woman into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit her down upon his member with her urinary passage … with her mouth. If he consents to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of pārājika … if he does not consent, there is no offence. Bhikkhus who are enemies [bring] a human woman who is awake, asleep, intoxicated, insane, heedless, dead and undevoured, dead and for the most part undevoured … there is an offence of pārājika. Having brought one dead and for the most part devoured into the presence of a bhikkhu, they sit her down upon his member with the anus, with the urinary passage, with the mouth. If he consents to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of thullaccaya … if he does not consent, there is no offence. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a non-human woman … a female animal, a human hermaphrodite (ubhatobyañjanaka), a non-human hermaphrodite, an animal hermaphrodite into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit it down upon his member with the anus, with the urinary passage, with the mouth. If he consents to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of pārājika … if he does not consent, there is no offence. Bhikkhus who are enemies [bring] an animal hermaphrodite that is awake, asleep, intoxicated, insane, heedless, dead and undevoured, dead and for the most part undevoured … there is an offence of pārājika … Having brought one dead and for the most part devoured into the presence of a bhikkhu, they sit it down upon his member with the anus, with the urinary passage, with the mouth. If he consents to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of thullaccaya … if he does not consent, there is no offence. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human paṇḍaka … a non-human paṇḍaka, an animal paṇḍaka into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit it down upon his member with the anus … with the mouth. If he consents to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of pārājika … if he does not consent, there is no offence. Bhikkhus who are enemies [bring] an animal paṇḍaka that is awake, asleep, intoxicated, heedless, insane, dead and undevoured, dead and for the most part undevoured … there is an offence of pārājika … Having brought one dead and for the most part devoured into the presence of a bhikkhu, they sit it down upon his member with the anus … with the mouth. If he consents to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of thullaccaya … if he does not consent, there is no offence. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a human male … a non-human male … an animal male into the presence of a bhikkhu, sit him down upon his member with the anus … with the mouth. Bhikkhus who are enemies [bring] an animal male that is awake, asleep, intoxicated, insane, heedless, dead and undevoured, dead and for the most part undevoured … there is an offence of pārājika … Having brought one dead and for the most part devoured into the presence of a bhikkhu, they sit it down upon his member with the anus … with the mouth. If he consents to the entry, consents to its being inside, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawal, there is an offence of thullaccaya … if he does not consent, there is no offence.
