[406] There is a woman, and he perceives her as a woman; and the bhikkhu, being lustful, speaks praise or speaks dispraise of her — referring to [the region] below the collarbone and above the knees, excepting the anal passage and the urinary passage — … or even reviles her: an offense of thullaccaya. There is a paṇḍaka, and he perceives it as a woman … There is a man, and he perceives him as a woman … There is an animal, and he perceives it as a woman …: an offense of dukkaṭa.
