[407] It is a woman, and he perceives her as a woman; and the bhikkhu, being lustful, speaks praise or speaks dispraise of her, referring to [the parts] above the collarbone and below the circle of the knee … or even abuses her: an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa).
