[408] There is no offense (anāpatti): for one who speaks intent upon the meaning (atthapurekkhāra); for one intent upon the Dhamma (dhammapurekkhāra); for one intent upon giving instruction (anusāsanīpurekkhāra); for one who is insane (ummattaka); and for the first offender (ādikammika).
