[43] Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a bhikkhu into the presence of a human woman, seat him so that his genital organ (aṅgajāta) enters the anal passage (vaccamagga), the urinary passage (passāvamagga), or the mouth — he covered and she uncovered; he uncovered and she covered; he covered and she covered; he uncovered and she uncovered. If he consents to the entering, consents when it has entered, consents to its remaining, and consents to the withdrawal, there is an offense of pārājika. … If he does not consent, there is no offense. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a bhikkhu into the presence of a human woman who is awake, who is asleep, who is intoxicated, who is deranged, who is heedless, who is dead and not [yet] devoured, who is dead and mostly not devoured, … there is an offense of pārājika … [having brought him into the presence of one] who is dead and mostly devoured, they seat him so that his genital organ enters the anal passage, the urinary passage, or the mouth — he covered and she uncovered; he uncovered and she covered; he covered and she covered; he uncovered and she uncovered. If he consents to the entering, consents when it has entered, consents to its remaining, and consents to the withdrawal, there is an offense of thullaccaya. … If he does not consent, there is no offense. Bhikkhus who are enemies, having brought a bhikkhu into the presence of a non-human woman … of a female animal, of a human hermaphrodite (ubhatobyañjanaka), of a non-human hermaphrodite, of an animal hermaphrodite, of a human paṇḍaka, of a non-human paṇḍaka, of an animal paṇḍaka, of a human male, of a non-human male, of an animal male, seat him so that his genital organ enters the anal passage or the mouth — he covered and the other uncovered; he uncovered and the other covered; he covered and the other covered; he uncovered and the other uncovered. If he consents to the entering, consents when it has entered, consents to its remaining, and consents to the withdrawal, there is an offense of pārājika. … If he does not consent, there is no offense.
