[42] Bhikkhus who are enemies (bhikkhupaccatthikā), having brought a bhikkhu into the presence of a human woman, make him sit down with his genital organ upon her anal passage, her urinary passage, her mouth. If he consents to the entering, consents to its having entered, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawing, there is an offense of pārājika (offense entailing defeat) … if he does not consent, there is no offense.
Bhikkhus who are enemies [bring a bhikkhu into the presence of] a human woman who is awake, who is asleep, who is intoxicated, who is insane, who is heedless, who is dead and undevoured, who is dead and mostly undevoured … there is an offense of pārājika … having brought a bhikkhu into the presence of one who is dead and mostly devoured, they make him sit down with his genital organ upon the anal passage, the urinary passage, the mouth. If he consents to the entering, consents to its having entered, consents to its remaining, consents to the withdrawing, there is an offense of thullaccaya (grave offense) … if he does not consent, there is no offense.
