[495] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in acting as a go-between (sañcaritta) with regard to a paṇḍaka. He was afflicted with remorse (kukkucca) … "Bhikkhu, there is no offence (anāpatti) entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa); there is an offence of grave transgression (thullaccaya)."
