[494] Now at that time a certain woman, having quarreled with her husband, went to her mother's house. A bhikkhu who was a frequenter of that family (kulūpaka) brought about a reconciliation between them. He became remorseful … "Was she one formally dismissed (alaṃvacanīyā), bhikkhu?" "She was not one formally dismissed, Blessed One." "There is no offense, bhikkhu, when she is not one formally dismissed."
