**"Hut" (kuṭī)** means: it is plastered within, or plastered without, or plastered both within and without.
**"In causing to be built"** means: building it himself or causing it to be built.
**"Having no owner" (assāmikaṃ)** means: there is no other owner — whether a woman or a man, a householder or one gone forth.
