[520] A bhikkhu, having given the instruction, "Build a hut (kuṭī) for me," departs. They build the hut for him on a site that has not been designated (adesitavatthuka), involving harm (sārambha), and lacking surrounding space (aparikkamana). If he returns while it is unfinished, that hut should either be given by that bhikkhu to another, or it should be demolished and made again. If he should neither give it to another nor demolish it and have it made again, there is an offense of two dukkaṭas together with the saṅghādisesa.
