[625] "They are both seen and heard" (dissanti ceva suyyanti cā ti): those who are present see them; those who are absent hear of them. "And families have been corrupted by him" (kulāni ca tena duṭṭhānī ti): having formerly had faith (saddhā), on account of him they become without faith; having been confident, they become unconfident.
