[643] If she should speak thus: "The venerable one was seen by me lying down with a woman, one man with one woman, in private, on a concealed seat convenient for the act" — if he acknowledges that, he is to be dealt with for the lying down … If [he says], "I was not lying down; rather, I was sitting," he is to be dealt with for the sitting … If [he says], "I was not lying down; rather, I was standing," he is not to be dealt with.
