[656] If she should say thus: "The venerable one was seen by me lying down alone with a woman, the one with the other, in private," and if he acknowledges that, he should be dealt with for the lying down. … "I was not lying down; rather, I was sitting" — he should be dealt with for the sitting. … "I was not lying down; rather, I was standing" — he should not be dealt with.
