[655] If she should say thus: "The venerable one was seen by me sitting alone with a woman, the one with the other, in private," and if he acknowledges that, he is to be dealt with according to the sitting. … "I was not sitting; rather, I was lying down" — he is to be dealt with according to the lying down. … "I was not sitting; rather, I was standing" — he is not to be dealt with.
