[654] If she should say thus: "I heard the venerable one, while lying down, addressing a woman with lewd words" — if he acknowledges that, he should be dealt with for the offence. … "It is true that I was lying down, but I did not address her with lewd words" — he should be dealt with for the lying down. … "I was not lying down; rather, I was sitting" — he should be dealt with for the sitting. … "I was not lying down; rather, I was standing" — he should not be dealt with.
