[66] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, thinking, "I will engage in sexual intercourse (methuna dhamma) with a woman," became remorseful at the mere touch. Scrupulous regret arose in him … "Bhikkhu, there is no offence of pārājika; there is an offence of dukkaṭa."
