[76] Now at that time, Licchavi youths (Licchavikumārakā) in Vesālī seized a bhikkhu and made him commit misconduct (vippaṭipādesuṃ) with a prostitute (vesī) … made him commit misconduct with a paṇḍaka … made him commit misconduct with a woman householder (gihinī). If the bhikkhu consented (sādiyi), the bhikkhu should be expelled (nāsetabbo). If the bhikkhu did not consent, there is no offense (anāpatti) for the bhikkhu.
Now at that time, Licchavi youths in Vesālī seized bhikkhus and made them commit misconduct with one another. If both consented, both should be expelled. If both did not consent, there is no offense for either.
