[75] Now at that time, in Vesālī, some Licchavi youths (Licchavikumārakā) seized a bhikkhu and made him misconduct himself with a bhikkhunī. If both consented, both are to be expelled (nāsetabbā). If both did not consent, there is no offense (anāpatti) for either.
