[15] Bhikkhus, this is the norm (dhammatā): when the Bodhisatta (bodhisatta) has descended into his mother's womb, the Bodhisatta's mother is naturally virtuous — abstaining from the destruction of life, abstaining from taking what is not given, abstaining from sexual misconduct, abstaining from false speech, and abstaining from wine, spirits, and intoxicants that are a basis for heedlessness. This is the norm here.
