[188] Householder's son, on four grounds the one who is all talk (vacīparama), an enemy in the guise of a friend, should be recognized: he shows hospitality with what is past; he shows hospitality with what is yet to come; he offers assistance with what is useless; when tasks are at hand in the present, he pleads his own misfortune.
