[289] Five accomplishments (sampadā): accomplishment in relatives (ñātisampadā), accomplishment in wealth (bhogasampadā), accomplishment in health (ārogyasampadā), accomplishment in virtue (sīlasampadā), and accomplishment in view (diṭṭhisampadā). It is not, friends, by reason of accomplishment in relatives, or by reason of accomplishment in wealth, or by reason of accomplishment in health, that beings, with the breakup of the body, after death, are reborn in a good destination, a heavenly world. It is, friends, by reason of accomplishment in virtue, or by reason of accomplishment in view, that beings, with the breakup of the body, after death, are reborn in a good destination, a heavenly world.
