[473] What are the ten dhammas that should be produced? The ten perceptions (saññā): the perception of the unattractive (asubhasaññā), the perception of death, the perception of repulsiveness in food, the perception of non-delight in the entire world, the perception of impermanence, the perception of suffering (dukkha) in what is impermanent, the perception of non-self in what is suffering, the perception of abandoning, the perception of dispassion, the perception of cessation. These ten dhammas should be produced.
