[67] An aristocrat (khattiya) too, Vāseṭṭha, having engaged in misconduct by body, having engaged in misconduct by speech, having engaged in misconduct by mind, holding wrong view (micchādiṭṭhi), undertaking action based on wrong view — because of undertaking action based on wrong view, with the breaking up of the body, after death, is reborn in a state of deprivation, a bad destination, the abyss, hell.
