[134] Furthermore, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu, when walking, clearly knows (pajānāti): 'I am walking'; or when standing, he clearly knows: 'I am standing'; or when sitting, he clearly knows: 'I am sitting'; or when lying down, he clearly knows: 'I am lying down.' Moreover, in whatever way his body is disposed, just so he clearly knows it.
Thus he dwells contemplating the body in the body internally … Thus too, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu dwells contemplating the body in the body.
