[548] Again, bhikkhus, a noble disciple reflects thus: 'With whatever kind of strength an individual accomplished in view is endowed, I too am endowed with that kind of strength.' And with what kind of strength, bhikkhus, is an individual accomplished in view endowed? This, bhikkhus, is the strength of an individual accomplished in view: when the Dhamma and Discipline proclaimed by the Tathāgata is being taught, he listens to the Dhamma treating it as vital, attending to it, engaging it with his whole mind, lending ear. He understands thus: 'With whatever kind of strength an individual accomplished in view is endowed, I too am endowed with that kind of strength.' This is the sixth knowledge (ñāṇa) attained by him — noble, supramundane, not shared with worldlings.
