[79] Bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should wish: "May I be one who prevails over fear and dread (bhayabherava); may fear and dread not prevail over me; may I dwell overcoming, again and again, fear and dread whenever it has arisen" — let him be one who fulfills virtue (sīla) … a cultivator of empty dwellings (suññāgāra).
