Ākaṅkheyyasutta

[80] Bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should wish: "May I be one who gains at will, without trouble and without difficulty, the four meditative absorptions (jhāna) that pertain to the higher mind (citta) and are pleasant abidings in the here and now," then let him be one who fulfills the precepts … a cultivator of empty dwellings.
