[82] Bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should wish: "May I, with the destruction of the three fetters (saṃyojana), become a stream-enterer (sotāpanna), one no longer subject to falling into states of woe, fixed in destiny, with awakening as my destination," let him be one who fulfills the precepts (sīla) … a cultivator of empty dwellings (suññāgāra).
