[232] "And what, bhikkhus, is the individual freed by wisdom (paññāvimutta)? Here, bhikkhus, a certain individual does not dwell having contacted with the body those peaceful liberations (vimokkha) that are formless, transcending forms; yet, having seen with wisdom, his taints (āsava) are utterly destroyed. This, bhikkhus, is called the individual freed by wisdom. Of this bhikkhu too, bhikkhus, I say there is no task to be done with diligence (appamāda). Why is that? His task has been done with diligence; he is incapable of being negligent."
