[431] "Dears, we allow Raṭṭhapāla the clansman to go forth from the home life into homelessness; but once he has gone forth, he must visit his parents." Then the friends of Raṭṭhapāla the clansman approached Raṭṭhapāla the clansman, and having approached, they said to him: "You have been permitted by your parents to go forth from the home life into homelessness; but once you have gone forth, you must visit your parents."
