[572] The sister Somā and the sister Sakulā heard: "Today, it seems, King Pasenadi of Kosala, having eaten his morning meal, will go after the meal to see the Blessed One." Then the sister Somā and the sister Sakulā approached King Pasenadi of Kosala while the meal was being served and said this: "Well then, great king, in our name too bow with your head at the feet of the Blessed One, and ask whether he is free from affliction, free from illness, buoyant, strong, and abiding in comfort, saying: 'Venerable sir, the sister Somā and the sister Sakulā bow with their heads at the feet of the Blessed One, and they ask whether he is free from affliction, free from illness, buoyant, strong, and abiding in comfort.'"
