[489] When this was said, a certain bhikkhu addressed the Blessed One thus: "But, venerable sir, is it possible to give a simile?" "It is possible, bhikkhu," the Blessed One said. "Bhikkhus, suppose a king, a wheel-turning monarch (rājā cakkavatti), possessed of the seven treasures and the four kinds of success (iddhi), experiences pleasure and joy on that account. With which seven?"
