[502] Bhikkhus, if that wise person (paṇḍita), at some time or other, with the passing of a long period, comes back to the human state, he is subsequently reborn in one of those high families—a family of affluent khattiyas, a family of affluent brāhmaṇas, or a family of affluent householders—in such a family as is rich, of great wealth, of great possessions, with abundant gold and silver, abundant means of enjoyment, and abundant wealth and grain. And he is handsome, good to look upon, pleasing, endowed with supreme beauty of complexion; he is one who obtains food, drink, clothing, vehicles, garlands, scents and unguents, and bed, lodging, and lamps. He conducts himself well in body, conducts himself well in speech, conducts himself well in mind. Having conducted himself well in body, having conducted himself well in speech, having conducted himself well in mind, with the breaking up of the body, after death, he reappears in a good destination, a heavenly world.
