Mahākaccānabhaddekarattasutta

Suttapiṭaka · Majjhimanikāya · Vol. 14 · Section 564

[564] "Bhikkhus, Mahākaccāna is wise; bhikkhus, Mahākaccāna is of great wisdom. If, bhikkhus, you had asked me the meaning of this, I too would have explained it in just the same way as it was explained by Mahākaccāna. This indeed is its meaning, and thus you should remember it." Thus spoke the Blessed One. Delighted, those bhikkhus rejoiced in the Blessed One's words. The Mahākaccānabhaddekaratta Sutta, the third, is concluded. ________ [Footnote 1: In the Ma. (Burmese) and Yu. (European) editions, "tumhe" ("you") appears at this point.] [Following: Lomasakaṅgiyabhaddekaratta Sutta]
