[616] Thus, Ānanda, there is action (kamma) that is incapable [of good result] and appears incapable; there is action that is incapable yet appears capable; there is action that is both capable and appears capable; and there is action that is capable yet appears incapable. The Blessed One said this. Delighted, the venerable Ānanda rejoiced in the Blessed One's words. The Mahākammavibhaṅga Sutta, the sixth, is concluded. ___________ The Saḷāyatanavibhaṅga Sutta
