[211] "What is sovereignty (issariya) in the world? What is the supreme among goods? What in the world is the rust of the sword? What is a blight (abbuda) upon the world? Whom do they restrain as he carries away? But who, carrying away, is dear? Whom, coming again and again, do the wise welcome with delight?"
