Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Sagāthāvaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 15 · Section 232

[232] Standing to one side, the young deva (devaputta) Kāmada said this to the Blessed One: "Hard to do, Blessed One! Very hard to do, Blessed One!" "They do even what is hard to do ["Kāmada," said the Blessed One], those of steadfast self, composed in the virtue of a trainee (sekkha); for one who has entered upon the homeless life, contentment brings happiness."
