[233] "Hard to obtain, Blessed One, is this — namely, contentment (tuṭṭhi)." "They obtain even what is hard to obtain, [Kāmada," said the Blessed One,] those who delight in the calming (vūpasama) of the mind (citta), those whose mind (mano), by day and by night, delights in development (bhāvanā)."
