[316] Then the devaputta Nika, referring to Nigaṇṭha Nāṭaputta, spoke this verse in the presence of the Blessed One: "A scrupulous, prudent bhikkhu, well restrained by the fourfold restraint (cātuyāma), declaring what is seen and what is heard — surely he could not be a wrongdoer."
