[518] [The Blessed One replied:]
"Tranquil in body (passaddhakāya), his mind (citta) well liberated,
generating no volitional formations (asaṅkharāno), mindful (satimā), without abode (anoka),
having understood the Dhamma, meditating without thought (avitakkajhāyī),
he does not flare up, does not drift, does not grow dull (thīna).
"A bhikkhu who often dwells thus here,
having crossed the five floods (ogha), has crossed here the sixth;
as he meditates thus often, sensual perceptions (kāmasaññā)
remain shut outside, failing to take hold of him."
