[522] Thus have I heard. On one occasion the Blessed One was dwelling at Sāvatthī, in the Jetavana, Anāthapiṇḍika's Park. Then the bhikkhunī Āḷavikā, having dressed in the morning and taken her bowl and robe, entered Sāvatthī for alms. When she had walked for alms in Sāvatthī and, after her meal, had returned from her alms round, she approached the Andhavana, seeking seclusion (viveka).
