[413] But, Bhikkhus, whoever does not delight in the earth element (paṭhavīdhātu), does not delight in suffering (dukkha). Whoever does not delight in suffering, I say, is freed from suffering. Whoever does not delight in the water element (āpodhātu) … whoever … in the fire element (tejodhātu) … whoever does not delight in the wind element (vāyodhātu), does not delight in suffering. Whoever does not delight in suffering, I say, is freed from suffering.
