[527] "Friend, with the destruction of the taints (āsava), I dwell having realized for myself with direct knowledge (abhiññā) in this very life the taintless liberation of mind (cetovimutti) and liberation by wisdom (paññāvimutti). Friend, one who thinks that I could be concealed in regard to the six direct knowledges might just as well think that a bull elephant (nāga) seven or seven and a half cubits high could be concealed by a palm leaf." And the bhikkhunī Thullanandā fell away from the holy life (brahmacariya). The eleventh.
