[646] "Here, friend, as I was descending from Mount Gijjhakūṭa, I saw a man with arrows for body-hairs going through the air. Those arrows of his kept rising up, rising up, and falling back upon his very own body; and he was uttering cries of anguish." "Bhikkhus, that being was a torturer in this very Rājagaha."
