Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Nidānavaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 16 · Section 706

[706] Thus have I heard. On one occasion the Blessed One was dwelling at Vesālī, in the Great Wood, in the Hall with the Peaked Roof. Now on that occasion the Venerable Visākha Pañcālaputta was instructing, urging, rousing, and gladdening the bhikkhus in the attendance hall with a talk on the Dhamma — with speech that was polished, fluent, free from flaw and fault, conveying the meaning, coherent, and independent.
